The Giants are becoming a real contender
Another New York Giants’ game and another week of NFL Network analyst Brian Baldinger breaking down film. This week he continued to point out how they’re improving on offense and defense.
With Philadelphia Eagles’ quarterback Carson Wentz having a hard time this season, Giants’ defensive coordinator Patrick Graham had a good plan to blitz and make him uncomfortable.
Baldy is really excited to see how much better the Giants’ offensive line has gotten this season. Of course we now know that is due to head coach Joe Judge.
Some more good offensive line work in the passing game that allowed Daniel Jones to make big plays all day.
Here’s an example as to why the Giants’ running game has been working so well whether Alfred Morris or Wayne Gallman is in the backfield.
The Giants fourth and two conversion just shows how confident their offense has become as of late. Baldy continues to point out how well rookie guard Shane Lemieux has been playing.
I think Giants’ wide receiver Darius Slayton will soon become a top wide receiver in the NFL. He had his way with Eagles’ cornerback Darius Slay. This is why New York doesn’t need Golden Tate to play a lot of snaps. They can rely on Slayton as he continues to develop. Check out Baldy’s breakdown.
Giants’ tight end Evan Engram is known for his speed and receiving ability, but he’s also getting better as a blocker.
