Things continue to get hard for the Giants with James Bradberry now out
The New York Giants announced on Thursday that star cornerback James Bradberry will miss this coming Sunday night’s game against the Cleveland Browns after coming in close contact with someone who is now infected with COVID-19.
This has nothing to do with Giants’ offensive coordinator Jason Garrett who tested positive this week.
The Giants have made it clear that the person who tested positive wasn’t at the team’s facility and isn’t a part of the organization.
The good news is that Bradberry hasn’t tested positive for COVID-1,9 but the bad news of course is that he will have to miss this week’s game.
The Giants are now down to one cornerback in Issac Yiadom. They may have to line up Logan Ryan at corner.
New York keeps getting dealt some serious blows with Daniel Jones now dealing with two legs injuries, Jason Garrett now out with COVID-19 and Bradberry out because he was a close contact of someone who was infected. While this has been an encouraging season so far with what head coach Joe Judge has been able to do, I don’t see them making the playoffs.
