Giants dealing with more COVID-19 problems
Earlier in the week New York Giants’ offensive coordinator Jason Garrett tested positive for COVID-19, which will force him to miss Sunday night’s game against the Cleveland Browns.
Now the Giants announced on Saturday that assistant coach Stephen Brown has now tested positive for COVID-19.
It will be very difficult to find out of Garrett infected Brown, but he very well could have given the fact that once people become infected it could take days for them to test positive. This virus has been nothing short of a nuisance for the Giants and the NFL this season. Hopefully things will be back to normal by next fall now that a vaccine is being rolled out.
The Giants still plan on holding their walk-thru and team meetings on Saturday after they weren’t able to practice on Thursday. Hopefully no other new cases start popping up within the organization. The last thing they need is a debacle like what happened to the Baltimore Ravens recently and the Tennessee Titans earlier in the season.
