Logan Ryan is committed to making the Giants a contender
On Christmas morning the New York Giants handed starting safety Logan Ryan a contract extension that will keep him around through the 2023 NFL Season.
It’s obvious that Ryan is elated with the fact that he will play the next three seasons with the Giants. During an appearance on Moose & Maggie on 660 WFAN (via @NYGFansOnline), he stated that he would be recruiting other players to join him in New York this coming offseason.
“So I got a lot of friends around the league and I got a lot of guys here that I can play with a little bit longer, so I’ll be on my recruiting tail after our playoff run or whatever we have,” said Ryan.
You can listen to Ryan’s interview below.
Ryan has suddenly become a key veteran building block for the Giants this season. He’s done a great job in helping fellow safety Jabrill Peppers have an amazing sseason and I’m sure he will also be a big help when it comes to the development of rookie Xavier McKinney.
