Poor Evan Engram
New York Giants’ tight end Evan Engram probably had the worst regular season of his short career even though he was voted into the 2020 NFL Pro Bowl some how.
Engram has made some great plays this season but he’s also made some huge mistakes by dropping way too many passes that have hit him right in his hands. One came on Sunday when Giants’ quarterback Daniel Jones put the ball on his hands, but instead of catching the ball, it popped off of Engram’s hands and into to the hands of a Dallas defender.
The turnover ended up leading to seven points for the Cowboys and Twitter went off. Check it out below.
It has to be all in Engram’s head at this point.
Right now, Engram is scheduled to become a free agent after next season. I’m sure he’s going to want to be one of the highest paid tight ends in the NFL, especially now that he’s made his first Pro Bowl. I’m not sure how the Giants can justify giving him big money unless he has his best season ever in 2021.
