Ifeadi Odenigbo is sold on what the Giants are doing
One of the many signings that the New York Giants have made this offseason was bringing in outside linebacker Ifeadi Odenigbo, who previously played for the Minnesota Vikings.
It turns out that Odenigbo had a lot of interest from teams around the NFL, but loves what head coach Joe Judge and the Giants are doing as a team.
“I don’t see why I wouldn’t want to go here,” Odenigbo said, via NJ.com. “I think something’s brewing, something special in New York and I want to be a part of that transformation.”
The one thing I think we’ve learned this offseason is that Judge is a heck of a recruiter and has a knack for connecting with people.
Odenigbo is now in a situation where he will have a lot of competition to deal with at outside linebacker. There’s no guarantee that he will even make the Giants’ final 53-man roster with the fact that he’s on a one-year, $2.5 million contract.
