Kyle Pitts at 11 is a dream
The 2021 NFL Draft is almost here, but with just over a week away I have another New York Giants mock draft for you.
Like all of my mock drafts, I used Pro Football Focus’ NFL draft simulator and made the following picks based on the best player that was available.
1st Round (11) – Florida TE Kyle Pitts
For some reason Pitts was available at 11. I honestly don’t think this will be the case on draft night. But if he is and Jaylen Waddle and Devonta Smith aren’t then the Giants would have to take him. Right?
2nd Round (43) – Oklahoma EDGE Ronnie Perkins
The Giants can get an edge rusher like Perkins if they have to wait until round two. He recorded 5.5 sacks in 2020 for the Sooners.
3rd Round (75) – Ohio State DT Tommy Togaiai
PFF didn’t give me a good grade for this pick, but Togaiai could be the Dalvin Tomlinson replacement the Giants need.
4th Round (116) – Tennessee WR Josh Palmer
I think getting Palmer in the fourth round would be a great value pick for the Giants while also giving them more depth at the receiver position.
6th Round (197) – Oklahoma RB Rhamondre Stevenson
The Giants need to add a young back and Stevenson isn’t a bad option. Check out his highlights below.
6th Round (202) – BYU OG Chandon Herring
The Giants could use another young offensive lineman to add some depth.
This might be the best grades that I’ve gotten from PFF after doing one of their mock drafts. Check them out below.
