Kenny Golladay has arrived
The only big-name New York Giants’ wide receiver that attended last week’s OTA’s was Sterling Shepard, it looks like some of the other guys have shown up this week.
Matt Lombardo of GMENHQ has reported that new Giants star wide receiver Kenny Golladay has now arrived for OTA’s.
While these OTA’s aren’t mandatory, it’s great for a new player like Golladay to attend and create a rapport with his teammates, especially quarterback Daniel Jones. It will be interesting to see if other players decide to show up for the first time as well.
Golladay will be relied upon this coming season to provide a consistent outlet for Jones, who has never had a top-end receiver during his first two seasons in New York. If he can stay healthy, the Giants’ offense should be on another level in 2021.
I recently released my projection for Golladay this season and it is underwhelming given all the weapons the Giants have.
