Kadarius Toney injured?
It has been an odd start to the career of New York Giants’ rookie first round pick Kadarius Toney after failing to finish a rookie minicamp practice, he left Tuesday’s mandatory minicamp session early.
No one knows if Toney suffered an injury or if he was taken off out of precaution.
All we can do is hope that he’s not injured and will be able to stay healthy this coming season. The last thing the Giants need is for him to be injury prone after spending a high pick on him. Now they do have some depth with John Ross on the roster, but he wasn’t seen practicing.
Another player that left practice early was wide receiver/tight end Kelvin Benjamin.
Every player on the Giants’ 90 man roster did show up, but some weren’t on the field due to injury like Ross, Saquon Barkley, Kyle Rudolph and Ryan Anderson.
The players listed above have about six weeks to get things together.
