Joe Judge is great with managing his players
The modern NFL is totally different from how things were done years ago, especially when it comes to dealing with players.
We’ve seen it this offseason with Green Bay Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers who is still upset that the front office didn’t speak to him before drafting quarterback Jordan Love in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
New York Giants’ head coach Joe Judge told reporters on Thursday that he spoke with wide receiver Sterling Shepard after they used a first round pick on Kadarius Toney this offseason.
This is yet another reason why the Giants have the right coach. Judge knows how to manage his players and get the best out of them.
We saw Judge do a great job dealing with former Giants’ wide receiver Golden Tate, who was upset that he wasn’t getting enough playing time.
As long as the Giants’ veteran players respect Judge, which they do, they everyone else will fall into line.
