Giants now have one of the top receivers in the NFC East
Don’t worry the 2021 NFL season is almost here. But until then I thought I would give you my top-five wide receivers for the NFC East.
The New York Giants have two players on my list but neither are in the top-two.
5 – Sterling Shepard
Shepard is a very productive receiver and should be higher on this list, but the fact that he has a hard time playing a full season dropped him down to number five on my list.
Even if Shepard stays healthy in 2021 he likely won’t put up big numbers due to all of the weapons that the Giants now have on offense.
4- Cede Lamb
Despite the fact that the Dallas Cowboys had at least three starting quarterbacks last season, Lamb still popped off for 935 yards and five touchdowns on 74 receptions despite the fact that he’s their number two receiver.
Lamb is hands down the best number two receiver in the NFC East.
3- Kenny Golladay
Yes, I put Golladay behind both Terry McLaurin and Amari Cooper because I think both of those guys are notch above him right now.
Golladay can stay healthy and be consistent when it comes to putting up big numbers then he will move up my list.
2 – Terry McLaurin
McLaurin is by far one of the most underrated wide receivers in the entire NFL because he doesn’t talk. He just goes out each and week and does his job. Now he’s one of the best young pass catchers not only the division but in the NFL.
1 – Amari Cooper
Cooper is a difference maker on a week in and week out basis. It was impressive to see how he turned the Cowboys’ offense around when he was traded to Dallas from the then Oakland Raiders.
Feel free to comment below and rank the top receivers in the NFC East.
