James Bradberry is a quiet start
New York Giants’ cornerback James Bradberry doesn’t get talked about enough as one of the league’s best at his position. Even after a season in which he did an impressive job against some of the top receivers in the NFL like D.K. Metcalf and DeAndre Hopkins.
Former NFL cornerback and current NFL Network analyst DeAngelo Hall shared how impressed he was while watching Bradberry last year.
“When he put on the No. 24, with the Carolina Panthers I was like ‘hold up…is this Josh Norman 2.0?’” said Hall, via Giants Wire. “But when James Bradberry moved to the Giants and played more man-to-man coverage he really showed me he is an elite in this league.
“I got to see him go twice last year against Terry McLaurin, who I think is a dog. Bradberry rose to the occasion every single time.”
I believe the reason you don’t hear Bradberry’s named mentioned among other to corners like Jalen Ramsey is because he’s quiet and doesn’t run his mouth. Josh Norman also loved to run his mouth during the prime of his career, but Bradberry isn’t that kind of person.
