Unvaccinated players won’t have it easy this season
The NFL and NFLPA recently came to an agreement on new COVID-19 protocols for the upcoming 2021 NFL Season.
With the restrictions that the league is enforcing for unvaccinated players, it would make a lot of sense and make things very easy for them if they were to get vaccinated. But of course, just like the NFLPA told their players in a recent memo they shouldn’t feel pressured into getting vaccinated.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter mentioned this past week that 65 percent of NFL players have had at least one COVID-19 vaccine shot.
Now what Schefter shared about NFL players over indexing people around their age when it comes getting vaccinated, that is great news.
I wonder how many players on the Giants are vaccinated. Whether players want to get vaccinated or not is completely up to them and there isn’t anything wrong with whatever decision they decide to make. The most important thing is that no one gets infected with COVID during the upcoming season and teams don’t end up with massive outbreaks.
