Residents from New Jersey will receive $1.4 million from the American Rescue Plan to maintain their low-income support program beginning in 2022. Initially, the scheme distributed debit cards worth $400 per month to 110 low-income users.  The city has not yet specified if that money will be paid to homes this time.
