Ted Cruz Refers to the Proceedings on January 6 as “Theatre”

Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) claimed on Thursday that the House of Representatives’ Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol’s first hearing, which will reveal the findings of the Select Committee, is nothing more than a political ruse orchestrated by the progressive left’s “idiocy.”

The bipartisan panel, which was formed last summer, has interviewed a thousand witnesses who have provided documents as well as thousands of hours of eyewitness testimony about what happened before, during, and after the violent insurgency that left five people dead and threatened American democracy. Hundreds of people were arrested and charged with crimes as a result of the violence.

Cruz, on the other hand, thinks the committee, its findings, and the six public hearings scheduled are all a ruse.

“Listen, I think your remark about clowns is completely unjust. It’s not fair to hold clowns responsible for [House Speaker Nancy] Pelosi’s [D-California] and the Democrats’ foolishness “Cruz raged on Newsmax, a right-wing news organisation.

“This is, after all, theatre. They also brought in a Hollywood producer to help with the production.

This is similar to watching the DNC, which is a polished propaganda operation. I’m not interested in attending the DNC convention because I disagree with the concepts they’re promoting “Cruz went on with his explanation.

“That’s what this hearing will be, and the corrupt corporate media will happily accept it.

Politics

This hearing, according to The New York Times, is “a chance for Democrats to reshape the midterm narrative.” For once, The New York Times got it wrong, admitting that this is all about politics. This is a television commercial for a political campaign.”

The first meeting of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the US Capitol, which will unveil the Select Committee’s findings, is nothing more than a political charade planned by the progressive left’s insanity.

The bipartisan group, which was established last summer, has interviewed over a thousand witnesses and received thousands of hours of firsthand testimony regarding what transpired before, during, and after the violent insurgency that killed five people and imperilled American democracy. As a result of the violence, hundreds of people were detained and charged with crimes.

The committee, its findings, and the six public hearings scheduled, on the other hand, he believes are all a sham.

Your remark regarding clowns, in my opinion, is totally unreasonable. It’s not fair to blame clowns for the Democrats’ and [House Speaker Nancy] Pelosi’s folly. Cruz screamed at right-wing news outlet Newsmax.

They also enlisted the assistance of a Hollywood producer. Watching the DNC, which is a well-oiled propaganda machine, is akin to this. Cruz continued, “I’m not interested in going to the DNC convention because I disagree with the ideals they’re advocating.”

This is exactly what this hearing will be, and the corporate media will gladly accept it. According to The New York Times, this hearing will provide Democrats with a chance to change the narrative surrounding the midterm elections. The New York Times got it wrong when they stated that this is purely political.
