Microsoft said it aimed to grow the preview to millions of people in the coming weeks and release a preview of a mobile experience soon. In the meantime, the first Microsoft users have been granted access to the new Bing experience that includes ChatGPT search.

According to Windows Latest, Microsoft’s new Bing is being made available to beta testers. Microsoft will presumably reach out via email to people selected to obtain access to Bing.

Microsoft’s new Bing search engine launched this week with OpenAI’s ChatGPT chatbot, which has been widely discussed recently.

The mobile experience is not yet available, but we are actively working on it and it will be available shortly.

Please continue to use the new Bing on PC and download the Bing app from your preferred app store to ensure you are ready for the wonderful mobile experience when it becomes available.

Bing downloads on iPhone increased after last week’s press presentation, but it appears that ChatGPT will not initially be available on the app.

Users of Bing who receive the invitation will experience a brand-new user interface. The Microsoft search engine will support ChatGPT, allowing users to pose sophisticated queries.

The chatbot will answer in a conversational style similar to ChatGPT on the internet. As seen in the image above, the Ask me anything search bar on the new Bing allows you to enter your inquiry. There are menus for Search and Chat at the top of the page.

The first option is the standard search experience, which returns traditional link-based results. The Chat menu will have ChatGPT features.

To participate in the waitlist for the new Bing ChatGPT search, users should visit Bing.com.  Once Microsoft expands the new Bing rollout to their region, they will receive emails like the one above.
